Sports lessons aim to establish the basis of coordination, balance, flexibility and control of the body, inviting the children to evaluate their own progress and acknowledge their improvement.
Ethics, communication and collaboration are values the children learn how to enjoy through games and teamwork.
During the year the children can explore different disciplines such as Badminton, Artistic Gymnastics, long and high jump.
CISS educational project combines Athletics and Gymnastics to Dance and Expression in order to offer the children the opportunity to develop coordination skills through rhythm and music and to learn how to express feelings and emotions through movement.
Dance and Expression provides healthy self-esteem, self-confidence and non-judgemental communication.
Many of the lessons take place in nature, promoting a respectful relationship with Mother Earth which helps the children to enjoy the soothing and relaxing qualities of outdoor exercise.
